You can be referred to access these by a general dental practice or other health professionals.
Plymouth Community Dental Service provides dentistry for people who cannot receive dental care from a general dental practice, such as those with special needs and patients requiring specialist minor oral surgery as well as routine children up until the age of 16. The service is also part of the urgent care provision for unregistered patients in Plymouth.
Our locations
We have two locations in Plymouth:
- Dental Access Centre, Baring St, Greenbank PL4 8NF (what 3 words: tables.bunny.indeed) – our main site which is fully accessible with free patient parking and has 11 surgeries, including wheelchair tipper. This site is mainly used for our specialist led and sedation services.
- Scott Dental Access Centre, Beacon Park Road PL2 2PQ (what 3 words: visit.lamps.horses) – based at Scott Business Park, providing single storey access with limited free patient parking. This site is use mainly for routine dentistry and inhalation sedation services.
